Description

Lead Scrum teams to ensure adherence to Agile principles and continuous process improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage project dependencies, team capacity, velocity forecasts, and burnup/burndown charts for stakeholders.
• Remove impediments to maintain continuous workflow and manage active risk and issue logs.
• Partner with the Product Owner to refine the backlog and ensure items are ready for upcoming sprints.
• Communicate sprint progress, ticket status, UAT readiness, and deployment schedules to Program Managers and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects or software development processes.
• Scrum Lead certification with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in Web development, application systems, or Web design projects.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to track and report on story points, throughput, and lead time.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager or other CMS technologies.
• PMP certification.
