Description

You will support the Project Director in implementing new customers and managing their transition from existing systems to our platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in transitioning from existing EMR or operational systems to the platform.
• Manage the migration of information and the adoption of new organizational processes.
• Interpret customer organizational objectives to guide implementation workflows.
• Configure the platform according to specific agency requirements.
• Execute data migration and lead training for all aspects of the implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Direct experience working with EMR systems.
• Strong ability to perform data migration from legacy systems.
• Proven skill in risk mitigation and critical thinking.
• Ability to manage complex organizational transitions and process adoption.
• High attention to detail and a task-driven approach to implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
