Description

You will own the delivery and management of complex customer experience and system integration projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee showroom enhancements, including scan-to-quote and self-service capabilities.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of quote-to-order integration and showroom transformation.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets through Q1 2026.
• Lead blended teams of internal staff and external consultants, defining roles and deliverables.
• Monitor project health using KPIs and drive recovery efforts when risks arise.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in CRM/ERP integration.
• Proven success managing cross-functional teams and external vendors in enterprise environments.
• Understanding of Salesforce, POS, and ERP platforms.
• Experience with Project Management methodologies.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and providing updates to executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in evolving environments.
• Experience working with Business Analysts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scan-to-quote systems.
• Background in retail or showroom transformations.
