Description

You will lead end-to-end project management for healthcare IT initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Bridge the gap between clinical/operational healthcare needs and technical solutions.
• Facilitate effective communication across all organizational levels and manage change adoption.
• Lead cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and business users.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in healthcare IT environments.
• PMP certification required.
• Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe).
• Proven experience with health insurance operations or revenue cycle.
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT infrastructure and systems integration.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, X12).
• Proficiency with project management tools including MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheet.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of healthcare delivery models and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership.
