Description

You will manage and coordinate multiple simultaneous IT projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct project roadmaps, release plans, resource allocation, and communication strategies.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, iteration planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, budgets, burn charts, and risk mitigation plans.
• Interface with stakeholders at all management levels to align project priorities with business needs.
• Mentor and coach teams to ensure successful adoption of Agile practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing and delivering mission-critical, high-availability IT development projects.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for Agile lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps toolchain methodologies, including CI/CD.
• Ability to use business analysis techniques for requirement gathering, scoping, and system component design.
• Experience with various computing platforms, including mainframe, client/server, web, and cloud.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Certified ScrumMaster or PMP certification.
• Experience with Rally, Planview, or VersionOne.
