Description

Lead end-to-end project management for application and data integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and seamless SAP system integration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead project scoping, planning, execution, and delivery for data and application integration projects.
• Manage project resources, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and third-party vendors.
• Maintain project documentation, including status reports, RAID logs, and change logs.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience focused on data and application integration.
• Proven experience with enterprise-level SAP integration.
• Strong understanding of data integration methodologies, APIs, and middleware technologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Planview.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Familiarity with HR space and SAP modules.
• Experience with Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass, Open Text, Vertex, Vistex, SuccessFactors, or FinTech tools like Blackline.
