Description

Lead complex EDMS (OnBase) projects across multi-vendor ecosystems, managing delivery from initiation through stabilization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Microsoft Project or ADO, including critical path analysis and baseline control.
• Apply formal stage gate governance to ensure entry/exit criteria, readiness reviews, and quality checks are completed before advancing phases.
• Enforce disciplined change control for scope, schedule, and cost impacts with documented approvals.
• Own RAID logs, ensuring risks and issues are clearly articulated, mitigated, and escalated.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, vendors, and functional teams while monitoring performance against SLAs and budgets.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience leading large, complex, multi-vendor software delivery initiatives.
• Deep experience leading OnBase or other EDMS software migration projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and ADO Project Management (Azure Boards) for Agile planning.
• Demonstrated mastery of end-to-end SDLC execution.
• Experience delivering Medicaid, MMIS, or other public sector healthcare systems.
• Strong background in multi-tenant SaaS software delivery models.
• Proven ability to build critical path schedules and manage teams in high-pressure, client-facing environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing work within client/vendor delivery models.
