Description

Manage application changes, support activities, and diverse teams including Business Analysts for Core Banking Implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Business Analysts involved in Core Banking Implementation to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Review and evaluate technical requirements against existing and proposed systems, recommending solution architecture.
• Manage Integration and Design documentation detailing deliverables to meet requirements.
• Plan and review projects, MBOs, SLAs, and Risks/Issues, ensuring management is informed of status and escalations.
• Define and conduct Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Plans for assigned applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management.
• Familiarity with Core Banking Implementation processes.
• Experience managing SLAs and project risk/issue tracking.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and instruct IT staff on complex subjects.
• Knowledge of bank operational risk policy and information controls.
• Experience managing support calls across onsite and offshore teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools, including MBOs.

• Experience managing diverse teams of professionals, onsite, offshore, and outsourced.
