You will lead project delivery, managing scope, risk, and stakeholder alignment across the project lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite coordination of project activities across discovery, development, testing, implementation, and hyper care phases.
• Monitor progress against milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and escalate issues as needed.
• Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans, aligning technical teams with business priorities.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Ensure project activities adhere to client governance standards, including documentation and reporting protocols.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience delivering GxP and/or SaMD-compliant projects for Pharma, MedTech, or Life Sciences clients.
• Solid project management experience utilizing agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Proven ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards including GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Strong understanding of digital health platforms and enterprise integration requirements.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment while working independently onsite.
• Knowledge of GxP, GDPR, Engagement Manager, and SaMD frameworks.
