Description

Lead technical project management for the Data Lake migration, integrating clinical and administrative data from internal and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the migration and discontinuation of existing systems and data to the new Data Lake.
• Oversee technical project workflows involving contractors, vendors, staff, and multiple systems.
• Direct project plans, schedules, upgrades, patches, and documentation.
• Facilitate Kanban methodology and manage project communication with leadership regarding risks and impacts.
• Assist in the development, procurement, and strategic planning of the Data Lake and future integration layers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Project Management experience on enterprise IT projects.
• 5+ years of experience with clinical data, EHR systems, and working with healthcare providers or payer clinical staff.
• 5+ years of experience with claims and eligibility data and related systems.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience specifically with enterprise Healthcare IT projects.
• 3+ years of experience with Medicaid IT or Healthcare payer IT projects.
• 3+ years of experience with Human Center Design methodology.
• 2+ years of experience with Master Person Index (MPI).
• 2+ years of experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
• 2+ years of experience with patient privacy, HIPAA, and data encryption.
• 2+ years of experience with healthcare data interoperability standards and interfaces.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Project and Kanban processes.
• 2+ years of experience with State IT procurement, including RFP development.
• 2+ years of experience with CMS rules, requirements, and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing data connectivity and interoperability for population health and analytics tools.
