Description

You will manage protective services grants, ensuring administration complies with contract terms and reporting requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, including task delegation, issue resolution, and status reporting.
• Coordinate with internal bureaus and external agencies to administer grants and meet project milestones.
• Develop monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual grant reports for state and federal compliance.
• Outline necessary steps to meet approved grant deliverables and ensure completion.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and task completion through data analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong data analysis skills for monitoring program and budgetary status.
• Experience managing grant lifecycles and federal/state reporting requirements.
• Ability to develop and troubleshoot project schedules and milestones.
• Proven capability in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and external workgroups.
• Experience in grant development, application processes, or data management.

• Graduate degree.
