Description

You will lead projects and manage client escalations while overseeing team members through technical and non-technical challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project lifecycles and manage client escalations directly.
  • Manage major incident response, including defining mitigation actions to contain activity.
  • Analyze network architecture and provide recommendations to client engineering teams.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and response procedures for information security teams.
  • Manage team members and prioritize tasks within an ITIL framework.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of perimeter security products including network Firewalls, IPS/IDS, load balancers, routers, switches, and proxies.
  • Experience managing ITIL processes and risk management.
  • Proven ability in troubleshooting and complex problem-solving.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to weigh costs and benefits of potential actions.
  • Effective written and verbal communication for client interaction.
  • Ability to handle work prioritization and planning.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in network architecture improvement and recommendation.
