Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycles and manage client escalations directly.
- Manage major incident response, defining mitigation actions to contain activity.
- Analyze network architecture and provide actionable recommendations to client engineering teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and response procedures for information security teams.
- Manage team members and prioritize tasks within an ITIL framework.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in project management or technical leadership.
- Strong understanding of perimeter security products: network Firewalls, IPS/IDS, load balancers, routers, switches, and proxies.
- Experience managing ITIL processes and risk management.
- Proven ability in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to weigh costs and benefits of potential actions.
- Effective written and verbal communication for client interaction.
- Ability to handle work prioritization and planning.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in network architecture improvement and recommendation.
