Lead technical delivery and agile processes in a complex, rapidly changing environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead all agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, iteration planning, release planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Drive development using a customer-centric approach while engaging directly in technical design.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps while managing and prioritizing backlogs.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and designers to navigate complex decision-making.
• Represent technical concerns during product line prioritization and lead effective online meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with progressive responsibilities in IT and Agile processes.
• Deep expertise in Lean methodology, eXtreme Programming (XP), and Domain Driven Design (DDD).
• Proven ability to drive full stack development workflows.
• Strong competency in working alongside software engineers, product managers, and product owners.
• Proficiency using online collaboration tools such as Slack and WebEx Teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
