You will lead project lifecycles, manage client escalations, and oversee team performance through technical challenges.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycles and manage direct client escalations.
• Own major incident response and define mitigation actions to contain activity.
• Analyze network architecture and provide actionable recommendations to engineering teams.
• Prepare reports and response procedures for information security teams.
• Manage team members and prioritize tasks within an ITIL framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management or technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of perimeter security products: network Firewalls, IPS/IDS, load balancers, routers, switches, and proxies.
• Experience managing ITIL processes and risk management.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to weigh costs and benefits.
• Effective written and verbal communication for client interaction.
• Ability to handle work prioritization and planning.
