Description

You will manage the planning, execution, and finalization of IT projects within defined timelines and budgets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects while ensuring business and end-user requirements are gathered and addressed.
• Lead project tasks, resources, and deliverables, including State personnel and vendor coordination.
• Apply project management best practices regarding risk, quality, change management, and communication.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and coaching to IT project team members.
• Ensure agency compliance with State project management policies and standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading IT project teams and managing technical deliverables.
• Proficiency in risk management and change control processes.
• Ability to coordinate between agency executive management, division directors, and IT staff.
• Experience working with vendors and external agencies.
• Any Graduate degree.
