Description

You will lead the implementation of a Digital and Forensics Evidence Management (DFEM) solution for Chesterfield County. This role requires strict adherence to governance and direct collaboration with law enforcement stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain program governance artifacts, including risk management and tracking plans.
• Manage program execution and delivery by collaborating directly with County and Courts staff.
• Provide timely communication and briefing presentations to the Program Steering Committee.
• Act as the county advocate to identify potential pitfalls in program approach or solution design.

Required Skills

• Active PMP certification from PMI is mandatory; no substitutes accepted.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing medium complexity and medium risk projects.
• Knowledge of IST and CJIS standards.
• Ability to manage program governance, steering committee reporting, and system acceptance.
• Experience working with law enforcement, legal, or judicial operational procedures.
