Description

You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles and lead organizational change management initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and detailed execution plans including timelines and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, testers, and designers by assigning tasks and facilitating collaboration.
• Manage project budgets and resource utilization to identify and resolve constraints or discrepancies.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to drive the adoption of accessibility changes across the organization.
• Identify, prioritize, and mitigate project risks by maintaining a risk register and developing contingency plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven expertise in Team Management of cross-functional technical groups.
• Experience in Budget and Resource Management.
• Strong Risk Management skills, including risk assessment and contingency planning.
• Ability to manage Quality Assurance processes and compliance.
• Experience designing change management plans, including stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
• Proficiency in creating communication materials such as presentations, newsletters, and emails.
• Demonstrated ability in resistance management and stakeholder analysis.
