Description

You will plan, execute, and finalize IT projects within defined timelines and budgets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT project teams through mentorship, training, and coaching.
• Manage resources and deliverables for State personnel.
• Consult with business stakeholders and end users to gather and incorporate requirements.
• Coordinate with agency staff, vendors, and external state agencies to fulfill requirements.
• Ensure agency compliance with State project management policies and standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Experience with risk, quality, and change management.
• Knowledge of change control processes.
• Ability to develop reports and standardized templates.
• Strong communication management skills.
• Proven ability in mentoring and team training.
