Description

You will manage project planning, execution, and finalization for initiatives aligned with the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage ARPA project plans within the Operations and Administration Division.
• Research, document, and prioritize enhancements for the Care and Case Management (CCM) Tool.
• Manage scope change requests and contract amendments for the CCM Tool.
• Coordinate ARPA work across divisions to align with the eHealth strategy.
• Document all processes and projects following ARPA finalization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Direct experience managing ARPA-related initiatives.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CCM tools.
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to develop external communication plans and evaluate stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of healthcare initiatives.
• Experience with Department of Justice-funded projects.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
