Description

You will manage administrative activities, reporting, and planning for program initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support roadmap development and manage dependencies across teams.
• Track program spending, metrics, requirements, risks, and action items.
• Prepare and distribute weekly status reports, program plans, and schedules.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, notices, and minutes for internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate project changes and updates to clients, support organizations, and leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management and administration experience.
• Knowledge of on-premises infrastructure including Windows and Linux.
• Understanding of networking and security appliances.
• Familiarity with Cloud environments, specifically Azure.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
