You manage change delivery by bridging product ownership and software development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive conversations regarding SDLC standards and best practices.
• Own the documentation of all technical standards and processes.
• Manage executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate delivery efforts across DevOps and development teams.
• Facilitate collaboration between Product Owners and Delivery Managers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in project or delivery management.
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with GitLab or a strong willingness to learn the tool.
• Advanced proficiency in Office 365, specifically Excel for data tracking.
• Background in Product Delivery Management or Product Ownership.
• Understanding of DevOps workflows and technical product environments.
• Proven ability to maintain an executive presence during reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
