Description

Provide direct project support to the VP Technical Fellow to execute high-priority technical initiatives and manage executive-level communications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-priority technical projects and initiatives in support of the VP Technical Fellow.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for executive decision-making.
• Coordinate technical sessions, meetings, and reviews of technical proposals or white papers.
• Manage the VP Technical Fellow’s calendar and schedule important appointments.
• Act as a liaison between the VP Technical Fellow and internal teams to ensure goal alignment.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience supporting technical teams and complex projects.
• Foundational understanding of Data Science or Data Engineering.
• Proficiency with Jira and Office 365.
• Working knowledge of AWS.
• Experience using Confluence and GitLab.
• Ability to manage technical documentation and executive-level communications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience tracking progress of special projects against strategic organizational objectives.
