Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Support program planning activities including roadmap development and cross-team dependency management
• Track and report weekly program status
• Manage and ensure completion of documentation, action items, and approvals
• Monitor program spending, metrics, and performance reporting
• Maintain oversight of requirements, risks, issues, funding, and documentation
• Coordinate meeting logistics, communications, notices, and minutes
• Prepare and distribute program objectives, reports, schedules, and plans
• Track tasks and action items critical to project success
• Manage program and project changes as required
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, leadership, clients, and vendors
• Provide schedule updates to stakeholders and support organizations
• Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of on-premises infrastructure (Windows, Linux, networking, security appliances)
• Experience with cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure
• Understanding of project management processes and principles
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills

Certifications:

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred
