Description

Manage program planning, cross-team dependencies, and project delivery for infrastructure initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive program planning, roadmap development, and cross-team dependency management.
• Track weekly program status, spending, metrics, and performance reporting.
• Ensure completion of documentation, action items, approvals, and risk management.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, communications, and distribution of schedules and plans.
• Manage project changes and provide schedule updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of on-premises infrastructure: Windows, Linux, networking, security appliances.
• Experience with cloud environments, specifically Microsoft Azure.
• 5+ years of project management experience with proven organizational and coordination skills.
• Understanding of project management processes, principles, and tracking tools.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
