Description

You will manage all projects related to Immunization program systems by coordinating between vendors and the Immunization division in Des Moines, IA.

Responsibilities

• Plan project scopes, schedules, and technical feasibility while involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans to monitor progress, track risks, and manage changes to scope.
• Analyze business and user needs to document requirements and translate them into system requirement specifications.
• Coordinate with IT, program teams, and vendors to resolve issues and improve data reporting timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
• Prepare status reports for management and escalate technical or project issues as required.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in IT Project Management or related areas.
• Expertise in IT Project Management methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency with project management software tools.
• Ability to facilitate the delivery of technical business solutions to program users.
• Experience working with Registry Managers to implement effective technology solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and knowledge of PMI best practices.
• Experience working within the healthcare industry.
