Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data cleaning and preparation processes.
• Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines to support organizational needs.
• Analyze large datasets to generate meaningful, actionable insights.
• Resolve conflicts and lead teams through complex data management workflows.
• Coordinate between independent tasks and collaborative team efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management or data-centric roles.
• Proven expertise in data management and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with data cleaning and data preparation.
• Practical knowledge of developing and maintaining data pipelines.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in data visualization techniques.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working specifically on a COVID data cleaning team.
