Description

You will drive business and technology projects to completion while ensuring adherence to budgets, plans, and processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery efforts and report status updates to Project Sponsors and the PMO Director.
• Generate project schedules, identify resource needs, and manage staffing requirements.
• Execute procurement for vendor products and implementation services.
• Conduct project meetings and perform tracking and analysis to ensure quality standards and deliverables are met.
• Submit funding requests and manage scope creep with a focus on minimum viable product delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience working within a PMO governance structure using specific methodologies and reporting templates.
• Ability to gather, define, and organize complex business process requirements.
• Experience breaking down complex tasks into sequenced, actionable work items.
• Strong skills in project planning, strategizing, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and upper-level committees.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
