• Manage scope creep by prioritizing minimum viable product delivery.
• Gather and organize simultaneous complex business process scenarios.
• Escalate issues and provide insight for process improvement.

• 8+ years managing data integration projects.
• 8+ years managing stakeholder expectations and priorities.
• 8+ years working within project governance structures, methodologies, and reporting.
• 8+ years planning, managing, and tracking multiple major impact projects.
• 8+ years in process development, including documenting and formalizing procedures.
• 8+ years in process and gap analysis.
• 8+ years multitasking and managing changing priorities in cross-functional environments.
• 6+ years gathering and documenting business requirements with business users.
• 6+ years prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing service improvement initiatives.
