Description

You will manage projects end-to-end within the State of Michigan framework.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Clarity to prepare schedules, assign resources, and manage project budgets.
• Monitor, control, and communicate project progress across cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risks.
• Develop and maintain core SUITE PMM deliverables, including the Charter, Schedule, Budget, and Risk Plans.
• Facilitate and enforce the Change Management process for scope, schedule, or budget deviations.
• Ensure project adherence to SUITE PMM and System Engineering Methodology (SEM) standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in IT project management, applying industry best practices.
• 7+ years establishing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and risk logs.
• 7+ years developing and delivering detailed project status reports.
• 7+ years experience using project portfolio management systems, specifically Clarity.
• 5+ years advanced knowledge of MS Project.
• 5+ years experience managing stakeholders across various departments and system owners.
• 5+ years overseeing technical teams involving SaaS integration and system architecture.
• 5+ years managing multi-vendor environments in a government context.
• 5+ years possessing a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
