Manage IT project delivery to ensure key milestones are met.

Responsibilities

• Drive project outcomes and maintain timeline adherence.
• Support project delivery work in accordance with established methodologies.
• Coordinate and facilitate group settings and discussions.
• Manage conflict resolution and adapt to different stakeholder personalities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recent experience managing IT projects.
• Experience with the State of Michigan’s State Unified Information Technology Environment (SUITE) methodology.
• Knowledge of PMI’s project management framework.
• Experience working within a government environment.
• Proven ability to facilitate group settings.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to drive project outcomes.

• Any Graduate degree.
