You will manage large, multimillion-dollar projects with significant business implications in Dover, DE.

Responsibilities

• Own project accountability by delivering high-quality project plans, status updates, and reports.
• Identify and remove project roadblocks, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
• Manage engagements involving executive-level visibility and multiple stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships between Business and IS partners.
• Mentor and support other project managers.

Required Skills

• 3-7 years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar projects.
• Strong business acumen, specifically regarding business readiness and mitigation planning.
• Very strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technologists and gain their confidence.
• Discipline and rigor in using project management tools.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and complex environments.
• PMP or CAPM certification path.
• 4-year degree or equivalent.
