Description

Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Waterfall and Agile methodologies for IT software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for in-house and vendor teams.
• Drive the RFP process by documenting requirements, evaluating vendors, and managing contracting.
• Establish project governance and communication cadences to align multi-disciplinary IT teams and stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests to maintain project baselines and minimize impact.
• Track dependencies, milestones, and project costs to ensure delivery within approved constraints.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of Project Management experience, including running projects using Agile/Scrum.
• Minimum of 15 years total professional experience.
• PMP certification is required.
• At least 3 years of experience managing IT software development projects.
• Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage project tasks, dependencies, and quality control processes.

Preferred Skills

• Agile certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar field.
• Initial hands-on experience in Software Engineering.
