Description

Mature the LCD IT Portfolio Management function by enabling standard project management practices and delivering key IT projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define problems, secure stakeholder buy-in, and maintain consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Solicit and prioritize business requirements to create technical system requirements for solution design.
• Manage project progress, budgets, and risks by comparing actual performance against planned schedules.
• Drive projects to completion within scope while maintaining the original business vision.
• Manage agile delivery backlogs, including sprint planning and reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional project management experience.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into simplified technical requirements.
• Ability to develop business cases to achieve required business outcomes.
• Strong conflict resolution and team coaching skills.
• Experience monitoring project budgets and reporting on performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• PMI-ACP certification.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
