Description

Oversee process management initiatives for the Ticketing and Event Management and Membership Software (TEMMS) agency-wide.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications across project teams, executive leadership, and vendors.
• Supervise project team members to ensure task completion and schedule adherence.
• Track progress, conduct risk-impact assessments, and invoke change control processes.
• Create statements of work and review vendor submissions for RFx processes.
• Develop dashboards and bi-weekly status reports for the Director of the Bureau of Management Services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or organizational change management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Experience in vendor management and contract management.
• Ability to document current processes and identify workflow improvements.
• Experience managing complex workflows involving Point of Sale (POS) systems and revenue distribution.
• Strong capability in risk management and change control.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
