Description

Manage large-scale capital investment projects in pharmaceutical engineering and construction, overseeing execution from conceptualization through commissioning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of capital projects across assigned platforms, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Develop project strategies including Capex planning, equipment recapitalization, and budgeting.
• Prepare initiation documents covering scope, cost, and risk assessments.
• Oversee design coordination, procurement, vendor selection, and construction safety reviews.
• Execute commissioning plans and facilitate successful project handover to operations.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing capital portfolios and major engineering projects.
• 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Proven leadership in managing external engineering resources and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of project cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Advanced understanding of HSE standards and GxP/QA compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills across technical and business domains.
