Description

You will lead critical internal system migrations, specifically focusing on CRM and finance/accounting implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of CRM migration to Microsoft Dynamics and finance/accounting migration to Oracle NetSuite.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage requirements and expectations.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects within scope and budget.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports to senior management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience focusing on CRM and ERP system implementations.
• Proven track record managing Microsoft Dynamics migrations.
• Experience managing Oracle NetSuite migrations.
• Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or other relevant project management certification.
