Description

You will drive business and technology projects to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, plans, and requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery efforts and report status to Project Sponsors and the PMO Director.
• Generate project schedules, identify resource needs, and manage staffing requirements.
• Execute procurement for vendor products and implementation services.
• Conduct project meetings, perform tracking, analysis, and enforce quality standards.
• Submit funding requests and manage scope creep to deliver minimum viable products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Ability to work within a formal project governance structure using specific methodologies, templates, and reporting.
• Experience gathering and defining requirements, breaking down complex tasks into sequenced, actionable work items.
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous complex business process scenarios and changing priorities.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills for communicating across all stakeholder levels.
• Demonstrated experience managing client expectations and driving both business and IT teams.
• Ability to work under broad direction with general supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
