Description

You will manage program initiatives within Customer Operations, ensuring delivery against requirements, milestones, budget, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Track vendor Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure work meets defined requirements and deadlines.
• Manage the transition from current to future state for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.
• Oversee the rollout of Unified Desktop implementations.
• Develop processes, metrics, and best practices for operational readiness.
• Coordinate testing, readiness, and planning phases for program deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing vendor SOWs and milestone tracking.
• Knowledge of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.
• Experience with process development and metric creation.
• Hands-on experience with testing and readiness planning.
• Ability to manage Unified Desktop rollouts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
