• 5 years of combined experience implementing cloud-based and Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects and services with large-scale cloud providers.
• 15 years of experience identifying, analyzing, and managing project risks on large and complex projects.
• 2 years of experience enabling AI projects and services with large-scale cloud providers.
• 15 years of experience developing project schedules and strategies, estimating resource requirements, and developing and monitoring work plans to ensure successful completion of project tasks.
• 15 years of demonstrated experience applying structured change management principles and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) to support organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption of change initiatives. Experience includes aligning communications with change management strategies to drive awareness, understanding, and acceptance of change effectively.
• 7 years of experience understanding the impact of policies, processes, and procedures on organizational performance.
• 8 years of experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• 8 years of demonstrated experience leading large enterprise-scale projects and programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, establishing governance frameworks (e.g., RACI), managing RAID elements (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies), overseeing vendors and external service providers, and driving stakeholder alignment through effective communication.
• 5 years of experience applying security controls in project solutions and designs, including compliance with Information Act requirements and implementation of STRA, PIA, POPA, and HIA assessments.
