Description

Manage end-to-end delivery of small to medium-sized IT projects within budget and schedule constraints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, managing timelines, budgets, and formal project closure.
• Coordinate team members to gather requirements and effort estimates for proposals.
• Manage client expectations and communications, including issuance and approval of change requests.
• Provide oversight for quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with technical standards.
• Produce weekly and monthly status reports and maintain process and procedure documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing application development and IT infrastructure projects.
• 8+ years of experience in client-facing roles with strong diplomatic and articulate communication skills.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, oversight, and status reporting.
• 8+ years of experience working in structured application maintenance environments following formal methodologies.
• 6+ years of experience estimating changes and leading teams through estimation exercises.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in a structured application maintenance environment.
• 4+ years of experience leading meetings and facilitating group consensus.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• 3+ years of experience with web-based and public-facing applications.
• 3+ years of experience working within the public sector.
