You will manage large-scale cloud and AI projects, ensuring successful delivery through rigorous planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale projects and programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, establishing governance frameworks and managing RAID elements.
• Develop project schedules, strategies, and work plans, estimating resource requirements to ensure task completion.
• Identify, analyze, and manage project risks on complex initiatives, applying structured change management principles to drive adoption.
• Lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Apply security controls and compliance standards (STRA, PIA, POPA, HIA) and manage Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of combined experience implementing cloud-based and AI projects with large-scale providers.
• 15 years of experience identifying, analyzing, and managing project risks on large/complex projects.
• 15 years of experience developing project schedules, strategies, and monitoring work plans.
• 15 years of experience applying structured change management principles (Prosci, ADKAR) for organizational readiness.
• 8 years of experience leading large enterprise-scale projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• 5 years of experience applying security controls and compliance assessments (Information Act, STRA, PIA, POPA, HIA).
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• 10+ years of experience working in the public sector.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience enabling AI projects and services with large-scale cloud providers.
• 5+ years of experience with Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
