Description

Lead the solution selection and procurement for a State of California enterprise case management system upgrade.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end solution selection and procurement lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking tasks, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and solution providers to execute the upgrade.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and changes through reports and presentations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale IT projects with budgets of at least $10M.
• Experience within a State of California agency or department is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years managing SaaS low-code solution implementations (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform).
• Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage projects in waterfall, agile, and hybrid environments.
• Strong communication skills tailored to diverse organizational levels and stakeholders.
