Description

You will lead the implementation of an Epic end-user training program and manage ongoing education following go-live.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Epic Principal Trainers, credentialed trainers, specialty champions, and supplemental training staff.
• Define, communicate, and manage training policies and procedures across the organization.
• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and refresh schedules of the training environment (MST) and practice playgrounds.
• Develop a role analysis process with EHR project leaders and operational managers to map users to Epic-defined job roles.
• Manage training registration, track completion data, and escalate issues regarding class assignments.

Required Skills

• Epic Training Manager certification (Mandatory).
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience managing Epic end-user training programs and MST environments.
• Proficiency with EpicCare.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, specifically Cornerstone.
• Ability to manage large-scale role analysis and user mapping.
• Experience coordinating large-scale training logistics and hardware requirements.
• Strong ability to manage and lead distributed training teams.
