Description

Lead the Epic end-user training program and ongoing education for an EHR build. You will manage the training lifecycle, from curriculum design to go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Epic Principal Trainers, credentialed trainers, and specialty champions across clinical, revenue, access, and analytics domains.
• Define and communicate training policies, procedures, and curriculum delivery methods across the organization.
• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and refresh schedules for the training environment (MST), including playground and practice environments.
• Execute a role analysis process with EHR project leaders and operational managers to map users to Epic-defined job roles.
• Manage the training catalog and course offerings within the existing Learning Management System (Cornerstone).

Required Skills

• Epic Training Manager certification (mandatory).
• 5+ years of experience in project management or training leadership.
• Deep expertise in EHR/Health IT implementation.
• Experience managing training environments and MST maintenance.
• Proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), specifically Cornerstone.
• Ability to coordinate large-scale training logistics and equipment procurement.
• Experience performing role analysis and user mapping within an EHR framework.
• Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary training teams.
