Responsibilities

• Direct subcontractors and manage self-performed work.
• Create and update project schedules while handling administrative tasks in project management software.
• Ensure adherence to quality construction standards and monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing industrial projects up to $10M.
• Demonstrated leadership skills leading multi-trade construction teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 compliance standards.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills for prioritizing tasks in deadline-driven environments.
