Description

Manage project activities for BCA design teams across Avionics, Flight Controls, ETOPS, and Propulsion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily WIP, daily SCRUM, and Scrum of Scrums activities.
• Maintain Jira or other daily WIP tools for Development Assurance and Safety Analysis design teams.
• Drive stakeholder discussions to resolve roadblocks and prioritize project dependencies.
• Act as Scrum Master during Requirements Program Increments to support PI Planning and weekly SCRUM.
• Coordinate with PMs, Scrum Masters, and management to identify and escalate critical dependencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Experience managing engineering Statements of Work (SOW).
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience with project management industry best practices.
• Strong organizational and independent work capabilities.
• Familiarity with commercial aerospace engineering project plans.

Preferred Skills

• Background in commercial aerospace environments.
