Description

Lead IT projects from planning through execution to finalization, ensuring delivery within defined timelines and budgets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects while ensuring products meet business and end-user requirements.
• Manage project assets including Risk Registers, ROI analysis, RACI Diagrams, Stakeholder Registers, and Project Charters.
• Oversee vendor selection, vendor management, and the development of RFPs and Statements of Work.
• Conduct business process analysis and technology evaluations to implement process and technology changes.
• Present project status and updates to Senior Leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cross-functional project management at an enterprise level.
• Proven ability to manage project documentation such as Requirements/Deliverables Traceability Matrices, QA Plans, and Communication Plans.
• Experience translating complex technical concepts into business terms for executives and end-users.
• Expertise in risk management and proactive problem-solving to mitigate issues before they arise.
• Experience managing project schedules and timelines.
• Apply project management best practices regarding risk, quality, change control, and communication management.

Preferred Skills

• MS Project, Teams Workspace, PMP, CAPM, CSM, or ITIL certifications.
• Experience with various types of technology projects.
• Government sector experience.
