Description

You will lead large-scale IT upgrade projects, focusing on telephony services and agency-driven initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct large upgrade projects by managing staffing, schedules, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including communication, risk management, and deployment plans.
• Facilitate decision-making by working closely with Project Sponsors and Governance Committees.
• Manage vendor participation, change requests, and project budgeting.
• Drive project work to completion while maintaining status reports, decision logs, and issue logs.

Required Skills

• Current PMP Certification.
• 7+ years of experience managing large, complex projects through the full life cycle.
• Expertise in PMBOK, PMI Project Management Standards, and PM tools/templates.
• Proven ability to manage political, resource, budgeting, and change factors.
• Experience leading and managing both local and remote teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management life cycle models.
• Ability to evaluate complex data and situations to identify viable solutions.
• Experience working with internal/external clients, third-party vendors, and senior management.
