Description

Manage telephony services projects and oversee additional agency initiatives as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct large-scale upgrade projects by managing staffing, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including timelines, communication plans, risk management strategies, and deployment plans.
• Facilitate decision-making by collaborating closely with Project Sponsors and Governance Committees.
• Manage vendor participation, change requests, budgets, and resource allocation to drive project completion.
• Maintain status reports, decision logs, and issue logs throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Current PMP certification is required.
• 7+ years of experience managing large, complex projects through the full life cycle.
• Proven ability to lead and manage both local and remote teams.
• Deep understanding of PMBOK, PMI Project Management Standard, and PM tools/templates.
• Experience with both Agile and traditional project management principles.
• Proficiency in Risk Management and Deployment planning.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal/external clients and senior management.
